Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Behavior Technician (BT) & Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Experience working with children with behavioral challenges and developmental disabilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Collaborative team player who adheres to the BACB Ethics Code and demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and ethical decision-making

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification

High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Experience working with, or strong interest in working with, children with behavioral challenges and developmental disabilities

Valid driver’s license, active car insurance, and reliable transportation
