At Phoenix Developmental Services, LLC, we’re committed to empowering brighter futures for children with autism or Down syndrome. Through individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy in the home, we help children build communication, social, self-care, and daily living skills that foster confidence and independence. By partnering with families and supporting children in their everyday environments, we help create meaningful progress that lasts beyond therapy.
Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that honor each child's unique journey while supporting families through clear, collaborative, and individualized care plans. We place each child's well-being, dignity, development, and individual needs at the heart of everything we do.
Our vision is to positively impact the lives of children and their families by providing timely, evidence-based, and individualized ABA services in home, community, and other appropriate settings. We strive to empower each individual to develop essential skills, increase independence, participate meaningfully in everyday life, and progress toward less restrictive environments as clinically appropriate. As PDS grows, we envision expanding access to complementary developmental services and collaborative supports that address the diverse needs of the children and families we serve.

About us
At Phoenix Developmental Services, LLC, we bring years of experience working within a variety of ABA organizations. Through those experiences, we recognized both a need and an opportunity to improve the quality, consistency, and family-centered nature of care being delivered. We saw firsthand the importance of creating a practice that fully upholds the ethical standards and guiding principles established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), while prioritizing compassionate, individualized, and high-quality care.
Inspired by a shared vision of what exceptional ABA services should truly look like, we established Phoenix Developmental Services, LLC. The phoenix was chosen as our symbol because it represents renewal, resilience, and the ability to rise and grow stronger. In the same spirit, our organization was created to bring a renewed commitment to ethical practice, clinical excellence, and meaningful collaboration with families.
Our Therapeutic Approach

We utilize Applied Behavior Analysis to create data-driven, personalized programs focused on positive reinforcement and meaningful skill development for children.
